Restructured by interior designer Elodie Nectoux, the apartment is unique in its mix of materials, its spaciousness, and the harmonious color scheme of pink and olive green, emblematic of Provence. The apartment opens to the west with a large living room extending onto a pristine 6 sq m terrace, which, with its glass roof, feels like a patio. The view is breathtaking, encompassing the tiled roofs, the sea, the Frioul Islands in the distance, the Clocher des Accoules, the Major Cathedral, and the Vieille Charité. Inside, the antique porcelain wood-burning stove highlights the high ceilings, further emphasized by the painted ceiling. The use of color is skillfully echoed in the kitchen, with powder pink tiles accented by brushed brass. The apartment is entirely clad in herringbone parquet flooring, worked in a raw style reminiscent of an artist's studio. On the east side, two generously sized bedrooms with large walk-in closets offer unobstructed views. The ceiling beams have been painted in shades of yellow and green, echoing the colors of the living room.
