Renovated in 2020 by the architect duo from Studio Terazur, the apartment has been elegantly transformed, reinventing the configuration of the place while revealing its former splendor with the careful highlighting of the original materials. The floors, the result of a marriage between restored tiles and worked Winckelmans patterns, embody a subtle fusion between modernity and authenticity. Interior doors and period fireplace complete this picture of elegance. The volumes are generous with remarkable ceiling height, partially used as a clever storage space. The entrance gradually reveals the open kitchen and a utility room hidden behind a hidden door, followed by the double living room separated by a magnificent accordion glass roof, antique and rising to the full height. The dining area is adorned with an elegant custom-made library, similar to a cabinet of curiosities. On the courtyard side, there are two bedrooms, one of which has a dressing area behind the high headboard. They share a bathroom made of wood and tadelakt-type coated concrete and are both connected to a peaceful terrace. The latter, nestled in peace, reveals a masonry summer kitchen, ideal for moments of relaxation.
