Just completely renovated, the apartment occupies the entire ground floor. The modification of the distribution of the rooms made it possible to create very distinct day and night spaces. Facing south, the living room with different atmospheres is made up of a cozy living room and its wall with jungle wallpaper, a reading corner / nomadic office with an ethnic atmosphere, then the open kitchen adorned with earthenware and original parquet flooring. in Hungarian stitch contrasting with the immaculate white of the facades.
The decompartmentalization made it possible to maximize the brightness of the whole. A surprising convex mirror cleverly placed allows you to play with light and create perspectives. The space is extended outside by an intimate terrace which runs along the facade and ends with a shaded relaxation area and its tailor-made bench seat. Bordered by plants, this terrace constitutes a pretty cocoon not overlooked.
The sleeping area, accessible directly from the entrance, has two bedrooms in soft colors. One to the West benefits from a large closet. The other, to the North, keeps things cool on summer nights. They share a bathroom and a very practical dressing room/laundry room.
