Entirely renovated in 2020 by the architectural firm MUDO, the former double living room has been transformed into a functional and refined living room. A south-west facing bow window bathes the room in light: on one side, the living room where you can stroll in front of the Danish library designed by Poul Cadovius; on the other, the fully fitted kitchen. A quartz top carved into the shape of an airplane wing blends with the woody hues and facades of a heady green-blue, a totem color that sets the tone for the apartment.
The entrance, veiled by a claustra, discovers a green wall then a long corridor which distributes the rooms. The 18 m² master suite is adorned with a solid wood headboard corresponding to a side niche around which the storage is organized. A walk-in closet and a made-to-measure full-height wardrobe adorn the space with graphics. The whole, exposed East, is adorned with the sun from the morning. The adjoining bathroom, in blue mosaic, has a walk-in shower with built-in taps and copper ceiling light. On the courtyard side, the children's room enjoys a soothing calm. In the adjoining bathroom, the free-standing bathtub reigns supreme in its brilliance of white. A cellar completes this property.
