Life between inside and outside
Its sharp decoration
Its fluid circulation

Contemporary architecture, this 150 m2 cubic house with swimming pool stands in a central position on its 234 m2 plot, in a quiet alley in the Pointe Rouge district, between the sea and the creeks.

Thought out by its architect owner whose intention was a life halfway between indoors and outdoors, the house is surrounded by terraces, exotic bamboo patios or ba white tone. Sculptural, it is defined by a cube with a constructive system whose framework is in galvanized steel, punctuated by large glazed openings, sometimes fixed, sometimes sliding. Aerial, it is spread over three levels, facing south. The entrance gives access to the living room of 50 m2, treated as an open space. Practical, it hosts a kitchen, a scullery, a dining room and a living room with an insert fireplace. Carefully chosen, its designer furniture, both pep's and timeless, gives it character. In its extension comes the exterior and its various spaces. Living room with masonry bench and breakfast areas follow one another around the swimming pool in green mosaic of Bali. Here, the hundred-year-old oak coexists with a planter planted with palm trees, yucca and cacti. Solar and enveloping, it gives off a feeling of well-being. Further on, the staircase in industrial sheet metal leads to the floor composed of three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom alternating small tiles and Zelliges. Then, the lower level converted into a master suite opens onto a patio. The bedroom benefits from a double dressing room and a bathroom in Bisazza with pink tones. A laundry room and plenty of outdoor storage complete the property.
