HAVANA

Redesigned in 2012, the apartment exudes a peaceful ambiance and warm tones that transport you straight to the bars of Havana. The afternoon sun streams through the linen curtains, caressing the period parquet floors. The living room, with its row of three windows, is decorated with stucco, a built-in bookcase and an original fireplace, offering a very cozy living space. At the back of the living room, the rays dance on the partially open kitchen worktop. The optimized plan of this living room allows the piano to integrate harmoniously into the living room, while maintaining a comfortable space at all times.
Everywhere, the space has been meticulously orchestrated around the works of the painter Nieves Salzmann. Playing with perspectives and horizons, the artist breathes luminosity and serenity into each of his brushstrokes.
The corridor is highlighted and staged by its wall work which invites us to follow the flow of the Seine. It leads to a bathroom and two bedrooms, which are located on the peaceful courtyard side. The apartment also has a storage room and a large cellar.
