Completely renovated by its owners in 2019, the distribution of spaces has been redesigned and its renovation combines historical character and contemporary writing, in a warm atmosphere with soft and serene colors, supported by beautiful finishes and neat furniture.
Bathed in light from the east and west, the generous cement-tiled entrance sets the tone. The spaces and the high ceilings are directly felt, the French windows with wide openings energize the volumes and the different Farrow & Ball colors punctuate the rooms. On the east side, the French windows invite the rays of the sun into the double living room, highlighting the solid oak parquet flooring and the moldings. The kitchen is separate and plays with colors by mixing a stone effect worktop, charcoal gray furniture, brass handles and a splashback with forest green hexagonal tiles. It opens on the courtyard side onto the loggia, giving depth to the space, embellished with plants and a small summer lounge which only asks to receive warm summer moments.
