Reimagined in 2021, this house, open to the horizon and lulled by the sound of the surf, offers a unique living experience, directly connected to the Mediterranean thanks to private access to the sea--a privilege as exceptional as it is discreet in Marseille. Once you cross the courtyard, the house gradually reveals itself. Upon opening the door, the sea immediately appears, providing the striking sensation of being literally floating on the water. A spectacular panorama unfolds, where the horizon blends seamlessly with the contours of the Côte Bleue. The living room, entirely oriented towards the horizon, features a kitchen with wooden elements, enhanced by polished concrete floors and large bay windows. A dining room and a living room extend this light-filled space in a refined atmosphere, open to the outdoors. Extending from the house, a first ground-floor terrace suspended above the sea offers timeless moments. A Riviera ambiance, somewhere between a chic beach hut and a 1950s spirit, pervades the entire house.
