Designed by the Alterlab architectural practice as part of an eco-responsible approach, the house, with its white rendering and wood cladding, meets RE2020 standards. As soon as you enter, your gaze is drawn to the bright living room facing the garden, guided by the plain beige waxed concrete floor. This 40 m² room is visually enlarged by large bay windows that open onto the outside and extend the space with a wooden terrace. On one side of the room is the fully-equipped kitchen with a wall of wood-look storage units and a central island large enough for everyday meals. Alongside the bay windows, a dining area and lounge benefit from the sunshine. Also on this level, a bedroom and a utility room that could be converted into a shower room allow you to live on one level. A wooden staircase leads to the upstairs sleeping area. From here, an open landing lets in natural light and leads to a family bathroom and three bedrooms, one of which has an en suite shower room. Integrated fittings and oak flooring add charm and warmth to the entire first floor, with the added bonus of access to a pleasant loggia with wooden accents for two of the bedrooms, providing a cosy outdoor space upstairs.
Part of the garden is laid to lawn, with perimeter planting contrasting with the white rendered walls. Adjoining the house is a 15 m² garage that also connects to the garden, providing parking for one car or several bikes.
