CROQUIS

Designed based on an architect's sketch, this fully bioclimatic home stands like a true lookout in the heart of a magnificent property, facing a long swimming pool that blends seamlessly into the natural surroundings.
The architectural design, both linear and cubic, creates a space that is open on all sides to its surroundings. The large floor-to-ceiling windows extend the views and blur the boundaries between inside and outside. Clad in anthracite aluminum, the building is topped by an insulated arch that defines the pine eaves--a signature feature of this unique architecture.
Inside, polished concrete complements the washed pebbles of the exterior, creating a seamless continuity of understated, mineral-inspired materials. Upon entering, a long oak bookshelf unfolds like an architectural feature in its own right. It forms an openwork partition that filters light, gradually guiding the eye toward the living spaces and the panoramic view.
Here, the living areas seem to blend seamlessly with the landscape. The semi-separate, meticulously designed kitchen flows into the dining room, which extends from it. Below, the living room creates a more intimate space, centered around a built-in wood-burning stove--the true centerpiece of a thoughtfully designed heating system.
Extending from there, the master suite opens onto a tree-lined view with bluish hues, as if suspended between the sky and the foliage.
On the opposite side, continuing the home's minimalist aesthetic, the sleeping area features three large bedrooms, each with direct access to the garden across from it. They share an all-white bathroom.
