Completely renovated by an architect using contemporary codes in 2012, the house is marked by its ocher facade, its black aluminum joinery, and its shutters on wooden rails. A flight of steps leads to the living space opening onto the exterior due east through large bay windows. A teak terrace invites you to the 120 m2 garden surrounded by bamboo. Behind hydrangeas, a workshop with bucolic charm remains to be reinvented. Clad in 'ocher' red polished concrete - the house's flagship color - the space breathes, surrounded by nature. The kitchen, separated from the living room by a workshop glass roof, was designed as a living space in graphite and stainless steel tones. It is illuminated by overhead light coming from upstairs through the transparency of a catamaran rope net, as well as by a fixed side. At this level, the master suite benefits from an adjoining bathroom, and the soothing surrounding greenery. Upstairs, under the exposed framework and in symmetry, two children's bedrooms of similar size share a bathroom. A large desk closes this level, arranged around the net.
