Redesigned by its current owners, the apartment has been renovated with respect for the place, authentic, preserving the volumes of the rooms and the height under the ceiling. The original plan has been preserved, with the living rooms on the west side and the sleeping area on the east side. Open-plan, the vast living room includes a living room and a dining room, covered with light parquet and adorned with a marble fireplace. Opposite, the kitchen opens onto the room via a bar with a wooden worktop, reminiscent of the credenza. Its deep green works wonderfully with the Gervasoni pendant lamp in the living room. On the night side, two bedrooms, one of which has an original fireplace and a separate dressing room, share a bathroom with large gray tiles and a white wall unit with a double sink, sober.
