To be renovated, the different buildings then built or raised form an L-shaped whole housing the main house. A second, non-adjoining part consists of a workshop and an outbuilding converted into a gîte.
In the main house, the garden level now consists of two living rooms. The first, intimate with its beautiful stone fireplace, displays here and there vestiges of its stable past. The second, separated from the first by the kitchen, is extended by a wooden veranda entirely facing nature. An old cellar could be converted into a single-storey bedroom with bathroom.
The two upper levels have three bedrooms and a bathroom, and a powder room could be fitted out.
To be partially renovated, the outbuilding with separate entrance and private garden offers a living room with kitchenette and terrace, a bedroom area and a bathroom.
Outside, the large flower garden is made up of different relaxation areas, always with a breathtaking view of the nearby woods.
A workshop with a cellar and a very pretty bread oven and its woodshed are part of the annexes.
