A true invitation to the good life, it serves as the starting point for a bespoke renovation project, deeply rooted in a Provençal spirit, resulting in a 164 m2 house with a resolutely contemporary design and unique character. Conceived by architect Jérôme Pichoux, this project was designed with the aim of harmoniously integrating into its natural surroundings, preserving the authenticity of the site while infusing it with a new modernity. Spread over three levels, the semi-detached building uses the existing structure to offer a contemporary interpretation of the spaces, where volumes and light interact subtly. Facing due south, the house is first revealed through a large living area connected to the garden by expansive bay windows. The true heart of the house, this level will house an entrance hall, a laundry room, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen extending into a functional pantry. All this is presented in a clean, minimalist style. A staircase crafted from light-colored, exposed concrete, the true backbone of the house, leads to the first sleeping area, comprising two large master suites: a generous 29 sq m suite with an en-suite shower room, and a second bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, each with custom-built storage. To preserve the Provençal character of the building, the flooring has been designed with terracotta tiles and materials that are at once raw, mineral, and warm. On the upper floor, the living space unfolds in two distinct atmospheres: a welcoming living room with soft lines, enhanced by built-in benches, and an open-plan kitchen with clean lines, playing with different materials to create a convivial dining area. The terrace, a natural extension of this space, spans approximately 40 m2 and serves as a veritable belvedere bathed in light, offering unobstructed views over the rooftops of Marseille and facing south and west. The top floor also accommodates two additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Outside, a swimming pool and several parking spaces complete this property. Designed to blend seamlessly into its surroundings, this project embraces authenticity and a rustic atmosphere, creating an enchanting living space with Provençal charm. Sold as is, with planning permission submitted in March 2026.

An ideal home for those who love spaces ripe for reinvention or for those seeking guidance in creating a bespoke haven.
