Entirely redesigned in 2021 by the architect Julie Nabucet, the apartment has been enhanced by a reinterpretation of the volumes and a renovation that is both solar and purist, which has been able to enhance the original materials such as the floor tiles or the stone fireplace. brick, with more contemporary elements such as the pearly mosaics, the black and white metro tiles in the bathroom and the mural with Marseille accents. The mix of mottled furniture and bright colors complete its unique style and immerse it in a sparkling atmosphere.
Past the entrance, the vast living space with its floor covered in tiles in brown and terracotta tones enhanced by pearly mosaics, has been designed to be entirely open to give pride of place to the entrances of light. Raised, the kitchen is organized around a friendly central island, and is dressed in a dark red highlighted by a gold credenza. The fireplace comes to warm the whole in a retro atmosphere. The room then stretches towards the South leaving a generous space for the dining room and the living room.
A first sleeping area offers a bedroom treated as a suite with beautiful rounded niches dressed in shelves, which is extended by a soft powder pink bathroom. A second sleeping area to the South offers two charming bedrooms which share a green and gold bathroom, like an echo of the rest.
