Contemporary architecture inspired by Arcachon, this 250 m2 villa is set on a magnificent 850 m2 wooded plot, ideally located close to Moulleau beach.
Built in 2018 by architect Nicolas Massie, the house, built in red brick typical of the Bassin region, resembles a hut on stilts. It is arranged over two levels, allowing you to enjoy the view of the Bassin and bringing light into the living space upstairs. Separated by a wood-paneled insert on a concrete base, the space consists of a cozy living room with a pine ceiling on one side, and a dining room and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel countertops on the other. The waxed concrete floor connects the spaces, which open onto the wooden terrace covered by a beautiful traditional roof structure, extending the rooms and relaxation area and a dining area exposed to the western light. From the terrace, a wooden staircase leads to the garden below with its pétanque court.
On the sleeping side, the house has six bedrooms, including a master bedroom upstairs and five bedrooms on the garden level, each opening onto the outside and offering more intimate spaces. Three have their own shower room and two share a large bathroom. Air conditioning and cooling floors provide additional comfort.
