1930s architecture of neo-Basque inspiration, this sublime house of 220 m2 located on the 2nd line of the Basin on a plot of 740 m2 is one of the first houses built in Pyla sur Mer and has private access to a path which leads at the beach.

Completely renovated by interior designer Theresa Brunvoll-Cochet, true harmony reigns between the old parts of the house and the contemporary elements, thus perpetuating the history of the building. On the garden level and facing the tiled swimming pool, lined with briquettes, an extension housing two independent suites is overlooked by a vast terracotta terrace fitted with a pergola. The first level is occupied by a beautiful living room bordered by a bow window facing the ocean, an open kitchen decorated with wood and marble as well as three bedrooms each with its own bathroom. On the top floor, the cozy living room with fireplace is extended by a terrace offering a beautiful view of the Basin. A large suite with dressing room and bathroom completes this level which invites you to relax. The wood, often painted black, highlights the spaces and highlights all the arrangements made. The rounded exterior and interior openings stand out as a common thread that gives rhythm to the whole. Outside, the garden with local species, combined with the terraces and the heated swimming pool, allow you to fully enjoy this timeless house and its privileged environment.
