Built in 1970 and completely renovated last year, the house has been reconfigured for maximum comfort in a seaside style with neutral tones. Set back from the road and nestling beneath the pine trees, the entrance is via an arched door that opens directly into the living room. The 75 m² through-plan living room is bathed in light from morning to night and, under its cathedral ceiling and exposed roof frame, houses a generous lounge with a wood-burning stove for the off-season, a dining area for 10 guests and a kitchen fitted with Smeg appliances around a central island.
