Completely renovated in 2022, the house offers exceptional views over the Bassin. As soon as you enter, your gaze is drawn to the horizon through the large bay windows that line the façade on the dining room side. In this pleasant living room, a glazed corner accommodates a table for 8, letting the southern light filter through the foliage. The fully-equipped kitchen, clad in dark wood, is separated by a bar that opens onto the living space to take advantage of the view.
The living room, wrapped in wood panelling, sits in front of a brick fireplace between a large bow window that frames the landscape and a spiral staircase with dark wood steps, like a sculpture in space. A bedroom with en-suite shower room and a laundry room complete this first level.
Upstairs, the bedrooms are organized around the central landing. The first, with its private veranda converted into a small winter lounge, is entirely glazed. The second has a bow window with a panoramic view of Cap Ferret. And a third completes the space. Each has its own shower room.
The garden, adjacent to the beach, is punctuated by a wealth of local species. It is enlivened by an interplay of levels, allowing each space to benefit from the exceptional view: a dining area, and a pleasant outdoor lounge under the shade of the Tamaris tree is raised on a platform, and below, the private pergola with deckchairs gives direct access to the beach.
