Recently completed by the Atelier d'Architecture du Bassin, the house is spread over two levels and features a vast living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, under a beautiful height revealing the traditional framework. The open fireplace is in harmony with the warm atmosphere created by the mixture of wood flooring and joinery, marble and polished concrete. The living room is extended by a large covered terrace from which one can enjoy the view of the Bassin and which provides access to the garden and the heated swimming pool area in Bali tiles with pool house, all fully landscaped. The master bedroom with dressing room, bathroom and access to the terrace as well as an office area complete this level. On the garden level, four suites, a cinema room and a laundry room occupy the space. Sleeps 10. Available for seasonal rental all year round.
