A variation on a single theme, bringing together different skills and materials to reveal the stylistic richness of a library classic. A collection presented at the EX LIBRIS exhibition.DESIGNERSSabourin CostesSabourin Costes is a design and interior architecture studio founded in Paris by Zoé Costes and Paola Sabourin. Their preferred materials are simple yet refined: lacquered wood, polished stainless steel, and transparent resin. They play with reflection and distortion to create unexpected and contemplative moments. For its third participation in Paris Design Week 2023, ARCHIK presented its new exclusive edition, designed with Sabourin Costes: the Ziggy wool rug. A piece that bridges the gap between design and architecture, echoing the studio’s graphic language. That same year, their “Boudins” coffee table was added to the Mobilier National collections. More recently this year, after renovating an apartment in the Villa Medici in Rome, their design work was recognized with the AD x RANGE ROVER Awards in the Evolution and Innovation category. In keeping with the console table, the Spreads bookends continue the dialogue between raw materiality and delicacy. This duo of sculptural pieces, inspired by minimal structural lines, explores a brutalist geometry made poetic by the material. Made of subtly colored transparent resin, these textured volumes capture the light and reveal the roughness of their surfaces. Both utilitarian objects and architectural fragments, the Spreads bookends embody a radical and sensitive aesthetic, where imperfection becomes language.Discover also ...Our last property Our latest projectOur events
