Designed by the Villas Bois Provence agency in 2018, this so-called passive house is part of a bioclimatic design which considerably limits its energy consumption. Custom designed, this wooden frame house offers a unique place that is both sustainable, stylish and elegant, combining a gray concrete facade, wooden cladding and a green roof. Carefully arranged, the decision was to highlight simple and generous volumes and clean lines. Wood, concrete and glass combine to create a graphic and warm whole. On the garden level, the generous living room designed as an open space has a polished concrete floor and immaculate walls offering a place to share open on both sides onto the green garden. Open kitchen with island, living room with dining area and office space heated by a wood stove make up this space. The large black window frames illuminate the room with southern light and frame the views outside like a painting. There, the terrace extends into the garden and its swimming pool. The sleeping area is upstairs and offers three bedrooms bathed in light, including a master bedroom en suite with its bathroom. The two children's bedrooms share a bathroom with solid terrazzo flooring and a sea green splashback. A laundry area completes this level. Outside, an independent studio is located in a charming house with green shutters opening onto a second living terrace. A storage outbuilding and two parking spaces complete this property.
