Built in 2013, the architecture of the villa combines tradition and modernity with clear lines and raw materials, such as reworked millstone, cut from the block to form a seamless facing. It becomes the signature of the place by lining the wall of its living room and creating a common thread with the exterior facade. From the entrance, the oriental inspiration and artisanal know-how are felt with a majestic door made by the Coubertin foundry. The volume opens with a monumental custom-designed bay window running along the entire room and at full height. Its horizontal aluminum alloy structure with an invisible threshold creates a space of light and freedom, blurring the architectural barrier between interior and exterior. Outside, the 80 m² wooden terrace and its heated infinity pool offer a clear view of a landscaped green setting and a river at the back of the property. The night area has three large suites with marble bathrooms or tadelakt shower rooms, according to Moroccan tradition. Ochres, earth colors, wood and stone live in perfect harmony, offering numerous storage spaces, dressing rooms and corridors with graphic lines. Walls covered in matte black rubber lacquer contrast with the white and the light, creating new perspectives on the vegetal and intimate exterior.
