Architecture from the 70s, this superb 192 m2 house inspired by the architecture of Alvar Aalto and Frank Lloyd Wright for its relationship with plants, entirely preserved in the purest style of these years, pays homage to its era. Perched on its 18 stilts, it overlooks the Vallée aux Loups woods, the arboretum and the Chateaubriand house. Nestled in the heights and trees, its environment offers absolute tranquility just a stone's throw from the Vélizy business area or the University of Paris-Saclay.

Designed by the architect Victor Mataouchek for himself, it was finally built on the top of his land by the parents of the current owners in 1972. The house stands on three levels and reveals spaces, views, patios and volumes of exceptional character. The 70s gave rise to all kinds of creative daring: interior and exterior alignment of Vaugirard brick walls, unhooked, patios with original aluminum windows, dark wood ceilings, bush hammered concrete but above all a staircase designed by the architect with shiny stainless steel T supports. Stainless steel also used on the cubic fireplace, suspended on an interior concrete planter separating the living room volume of more than 3.60m in height from the dining room. This play of brick colors, wood and raw textures always with cubic or geometric shapes, the visual diagonals, tirelessly illuminated by the light from the South or the West brings a lot of warmth to this revisited brutalist architecture. The geometric windows and plant patios bring light and nature into the home, typical of these years and of Wright's architecture. The vast entrance, bordered by a planted patio and bordered by the sublime staircase, gives access to the kitchen and the dining room which overlooks the living room with its majestic volume lined with a row of bacon. Further down, a master suite with its bathroom and dressing room as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom, all three benefit from a view of the trees and the garden. The first floor houses a landing which distributes an office as if suspended in the air, surrounded by its wooden bay windows, a fourth bedroom with bathroom and a perfectly convertible attic of 26 m2. A spacious garage of 24 m2 and a technical space of 15 m2 complete this property. Outside, an exterior staircase runs along the brick wall of the house to access a garden area and a large covered terrace, ideal for summer.
