Renovated in 2021 by the owners with the help of interior designer Yacine Bruckler, everything in the place has been redesigned to make the most of the volume, in particular by exploiting the existing attic. The private entrance gives the air of houses, and from the outset, the Balinese spirit is felt through the choice of materials and colors. Paved with large beige slabs on the floor, the vast living room is revealed. The double height immediately gives a feeling of volume. The open kitchen is dressed in honey-colored wood and concrete with its masonry elements. With its exposed stone wall, the living room, more intimate, benefits from a wood stove. The staircase, the exposed IPN, or even the workshop glass roof bring a contemporary touch to the whole. The space is entirely opened by a three-leaf bay window onto the south-east facing terrace, enjoying a clear view of the city and the hills. The aerial metal staircase leads to the converted attic, overlooking the living room and which can be used as a reading corner, games area or spare bedroom. Night side: two comfortable bedrooms with solid oak parquet flooring, one with built-in storage and the other with a glass roof, share a bathroom in soft tones.

An invitation to travel and relax.
