Just renovated by the UNAME Studio architecture firm, this apartment exudes a warm atmosphere through the choice of materials, colors and decorative elements chosen. The clever layout of the plan offers an open living space and a well-defined sleeping area. The warm mustard yellow of its entrance immediately gives off a calming atmosphere. In its continuity, the 23 m² living space, highlighted by its immaculate walls and its masonry library, looks out, through its two windows, onto the outside where it is nice to get some fresh air. The kitchen, dressed in gray, asserts its character with a Zelliges splashback with gold highlights. The island serves as a work surface with the Zelliges of the splashback emphasizing the warmth of the entrance and making the transition to the living room. Behind the island, a masonry concrete bench with clean lines serves as a seat for the dining table, forming a link with the living room. On the night side, the first bedroom is adorned with textured and colorful wallpaper. At the end of the corridor, the large master bedroom is judiciously fitted out with a wooden dressing room, ideally arranged in the structure, and also benefits from access to the balcony.
