To renovate, the house is designed on two levels. It reveals stone walls in the entrance hallway, as well as in the bedroom on the ground floor, where the original parquet flooring and fireplace have been preserved. Soft light covers the different crossing spaces, oriented towards the East and the West. The living room, sheltered from view and facing the surrounding gardens, is decorated with wood paneling and opens onto a small extension. The latter currently houses the kitchen area and the bathroom, which will require special attention to reveal all their elegance and character.
Upstairs, the landing leads on either side to two beautiful bedrooms with their original parquet floors and marble fireplaces. Each is linked to an adjoining room, including a water point for one of them.
The peaceful garden offers the promise of special moments in a green setting just a stone's throw from the ocean.
