Entirely renovated with quality materials by the interior designer MarjoDuFaubourg, the view from the entrance is striking. It enters the apartment through a panoramic bay window allowing light to flood the space. The entrance and its rounded walls lead us to a vast living room in which several spaces are distinguished. The kitchen, widely open to the living room, is fully equipped and covered with a gray Dekton worktop. An island separates it from the living room in the center of the room and allows a fluid circulation towards the dining area which runs along the bay window. At the back, the office area benefits from an original perspective thanks to a bay window in angle.
On the night side, there are two bedrooms adjoining a comfortable bathroom. A large dressing room and an additional shower room make it easy to imagine an even more family-oriented plan with a third bedroom in place of the office area.
