Conceived by interior designer Margaux Fritz, the renovation project was designed to seamlessly integrate with its picturesque and iconic surroundings. Designed on two levels, it offers a contemporary aesthetic while respecting the existing structure. The project features an entrance opening onto the sleeping area, arranged around a central open-air patio. On this level, three en-suite bedrooms have been created to provide maximum comfort and privacy for the future owners. A laundry area completes this level. The upper floor houses the living space, designed in two distinct areas. On one side, a cozy living room with built-in benches; on the other, an open-plan kitchen with clean lines, playing with a mix of materials to incorporate the dining area. The terrace naturally extends the living space outdoors, offering 40 m² of space designed as a belvedere bathed in southern and western light, overlooking the rooftops of Marseille. The property harmoniously blends the practicality and elegance of contemporary architecture with a multitude of layout possibilities. Planning permission has been submitted and granted.
