Renovated over time, the house has retained its architectural codes: rockeries on the terrace, facade, elaborate awning, wrought iron railings and generous volumes, mixed with more contemporary materials. The Mediterranean terrace has been fitted out with built-in benches and several spaces. The double staircase of the perron opens onto the generous living room on one level, taking advantage of the southern light thanks to its glazed openings. Entirely open-plan, it is adorned on one side with a kitchen with a Zimbabwe granite worktop and on the other with a dining room and a bathroom. a living room with insert. The whole is clear, soft, and creates unity. In response to the exterior architecture, the rounded staircase leads to the sleeping areas.
