Renovated in 2020 by architect Suzanne Mingueza, the apartment has been subtly redesigned and its original beauty revealed. Its generous volumes are adorned with floor tiles and marble fireplaces enhanced by neat decoration in shades of white and terracotta. Its plan arranges the spaces in two distinct parts distributed by a large vestibule. The living rooms to the West open via a series of French windows onto the gardens and the beautiful surrounding buildings. The two twin terraces connected by a balcony decorated with ironwork give it its original character. In the extension, the kitchen, subtly renovated, has retained its old elements. To the east, the two bedrooms share a bathroom where a clawfoot bathtub gives the place an old-fashioned feel, as well as a bathroom with Provençal niches reminiscent of the Mediterranean summer of good.
