Completely renovated by the architect Clémence Brillais, the place has been designed in total open space. The whole is extremely optimized, surprising by the rhythm of its volumes and its hidden corners. The immaculate entrance leads into the living room with incredible volumes, enlivened by brightly colored furniture and lit by imposing black metal skylights. In this part, several spaces harmonize: the kitchen with its central island in waxed concrete resin, the dining room, and a cozy living room installed under the mezzanine. An aerial staircase with glass steps attached to the wall leads to the master bedroom, suspended above the room, in a very graphic cube. There is a library, a shower room and a dressing room.
