Entirely renovated in 2018, the south-facing apartment has been enhanced by a renovation combining designer decoration and raw materials. At the entrance, a clever made-to-measure OSB storage unit coexists with period furniture. The highlight of the place, a section of Klein blue wall forms the link between the dining room and the living room. On one side, the kitchen takes shape with a central island covered with dark Zelliges matching the credenza and the glass and steel door of the scullery . The light concrete floor unifies the whole and brings softness and clarity to the space, partly widened by its double height. In a beautiful mix of design pieces and antique objects, the living room is adorned with an exposed stone wall and a warm insert. Split from the rest of the apartment by a staircase, the sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with industrial glass windows overlooking the living room and benefiting from roof windows flooding the premises with sunlight. One has a shower room and the other has a bathroom. The parquet floor and the exposed beams warm up the space and give the look of a suspended house.
