Freshly renovated by an architect, the decision was to mix bleached oak, aluminum frames, exposed stone, polished concrete and light tones, for a modern and trendy look. In the heart of the block, sheltered from noise, and on two levels, the apartment is structured around a play of transparency created by the large windows which surround the open-air exterior, letting in light. Its masonry bench and its volume suggest beautiful receptions, while naturally extending the living spaces. Inside, the entrance opens onto a vast space where the kitchen remains to be imaged. Skirting the patio, a corridor leads to the large living room which is decorated with masonry shelves and designer niches. Further on, a first bedroom en suite with its bathroom decorated with polished concrete and matte black taps, opens onto a bright terrace with whitened stone walls. An aerial polished concrete staircase leads to the sleeping area where two bedrooms share a bathroom with a pretty walk-in shower. An outdoor space extends this level. A fourth bedroom with bathroom has an independent entrance.
