ORGANZA

Designed in an L around the central courtyard of the building and without loss of space, the plan is highlighted by a succession of windows, and allows for fluid circulation. The place is bathed in light and imbued with its former vocation with its preserved load-bearing posts. In the first wing, the kitchen with cement tile floor opens onto the living room / dining room, dressed in a beautiful Hungarian point parquet. A custom-made library acts as a link to the second wing, between the dining area and the more intimate lounge area. The volume is modular and allows the rooms to be interchanged. Continuing on, preceded by an office space that can be used as desired, a first bedroom with custom-made storage is discovered, separated by a preserved period glass roof. On the other side, still in glass but without losing privacy, a second bedroom with its storage cupboard is discovered, like a cocoon. The latter share a large bathroom with deep green tiles. A vaulted cellar and a bicycle storage room complete this unique property.
