Entirely renovated in 2009 for the sake of harmony and detail, it exudes a warm atmosphere. Precious horsehair, it is dressed in its original elements: wall paneling, high ceilings, broken concrete floors are expressed alongside more contemporary decoration and materials. Each space seems to dialogue with the next, letting the magic of the imprint of time operate. The large entrance leads us through a double door into the living room, whose delicate lines and warm tones play a role in this friendly atmosphere. The separate breakfast kitchen makes the place practical and up-to-date. Night side, two bedrooms with cupboards share a superb bathroom in black white veined marble, with shower and bathtub. When the east side has a small balcony, the west side, the special light of the room opens onto a large century-old pine tree. A dressing room, an office area and a cellar complete this property.
