Completely renovated in 2020, the place was brought to life with shimmering colors, distinguishing all its spaces. The generously proportioned living room is characterized by its cathedral ceiling adorned with its exposed framework and original parquet flooring, both painted white. The living room, treated as an open space, is marked by a hand-painted fresco illustrating a cloudy sky inspired by a painting by the Dutch painter Simon Denis. Adjoining the space, the kitchen is dressed in elegant Prussian blue, a black granite worktop and a central island offering a convivial dining area. A steel staircase leads to the highest point of the apartment: its green open-air terrace. There, the panoramic view is breathtaking. Different spaces have been set up to enjoy it from all sides. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms. The first is adorned with saffron yellow. The second, treated as a suite, benefits from a bathroom resembling a Moroccan hammam, decorated with black Bisazza mosaics in recycled glass, reflecting the light. The atmosphere is warm and subdued by its colors. A bathtub and a shower hidden behind an alcove face a magnificent monochrome fresco illustrating a landscape of Italian umbrella pines delicately warmed by a wood stove. A tailor-made dressing area, painted coral pink with its integrated bench and its two distinct sections on each side, blends perfectly into the sleeping area, entirely covered in khaki polished concrete.
