Entirely revisited by architect Marion Mailaender then enhanced by architect Manon Gaillet, it combines raw materials and Mediterranean charm in a bright and harmonious atmosphere. From the entrance, the waxed concrete floor and the made-to-measure storage units tinted in a luminous blue set the tone. The living space has been designed entirely open to give pride of place to the volumes and views which are becoming omnipresent. On one side, the living room is enhanced by subtly integrated storage and is dressed in a large mirror that plays with volumes and light. In its extension, cleverly placed, the immaculate kitchen is dressed in a superb marble worktop and offers a dining area. The main room, bathed in light thanks to the chain of its openings, is extended by a vast terrace with Mediterranean flair to experience fabulous sunsets. A first bedroom opens subtly to the East through a discreet partition door. Further on, the sleeping area revolves around two bedrooms dressed in waxed concrete and all-white walls, enhanced by custom-made wardrobes and decorative elements finely chosen, all opening onto a small balcony out of sight. A retro-style bathroom completes this space.
