Located on the 7th and top floor, this 61 m² Type C duplex has been restored while preserving the spirit of Le Corbusier. The first level houses the original Charlotte Perriand kitchen in Le Corbusier colors. Further on, the double-height living room, with original moldings and niches, opens onto the colorful loggia in vibrant yellow, green, and red tones to the east. The brightness provided by the large wooden bay windows bathes the living room in light and offers a panoramic view of the city and the hills. The staircase with its metal railing by Jean Prouvé leads upstairs. Here, the original volumes have been respected: a landing leads to the mezzanine bedroom, as if suspended and plunging into the living room, furnished with the wooden screen railing and original storage units. The bathroom has been renovated with neutral tones. Conceived as a 'vertical village' with the appearance of an ocean liner, the Cité Radieuse offers its residents numerous services such as a tea room, a bookstore, a hotel, a restaurant.
