Renovated by architect Audrey THOMAS in 2018, the apartment was restructured to create large living rooms. Its logical plan is accentuated by the row of windows giving the impression of floating above the roofs of the city. From the entrance to the double living room, a lacquered partition unit in dark blue tones was created to structure the space. It incorporates a glass roof which brings natural light to the kitchen decorated with geometric and two-tone cement tiles. An openwork solid beech shelf maintains a visual connection between the living room and the dining room while serving as a decorative element. The oak parquet floors, the original fireplaces and the preserved moldings blend harmoniously with the contemporary elements. On the night side, the two light-colored bedrooms share a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub and shower. A cellar as well as a rental parking space in the courtyard of the building complete this property.
