Entirely refurbished in 2017 by an architect, the plan has been completely redesigned to give pride of place to living rooms. The entrance is marked by a structuring and welcoming frosted blue. The fully open-plan living space revolves around the kitchen, the dining room and the living room, which come alive with the play of light provided by the five windows in triple exposure. The kitchen with its gray ceramic worktop and its splashback in Hex Artichoke cement tiles from Popham Design contrasts with the light tones of the oak parquet. The dining room fits naturally into the space and harmonizes harmoniously with the living room by playing around the industrial black steel beam, a natural transition between the two spaces. The made-to-measure bookcase in light oak highlights and enhances the living room with its finely mastered decoration. The bathroom is dressed in small green tiles and made-to-measure niches. On the sleeping side, two separate spaces on each side of the apartment offer many possibilities. On one side the master bedroom comes with a dressing room, and on the other the two bedrooms, one of which has a small balcony, are built around a staircase measurement integrating numerous storage spaces and a bench that invites you to stroll.
