Redesigned in 2018 by the Bordeaux-based architecture firm AAA, the villa reinterprets Arcachon's architectural style with a contemporary flair. Clean lines and generous volumes are in constant dialogue with raw materials and high-end finishes. From the moment you enter, polished concrete enhances the abundant natural light. The living spaces are arranged around an 85 sq m (915 sq ft) open-plan living and dining area, structured by a partially double-height space and featuring striking, workshop-style windows.
