Redesigned in 2021, the house offers a gentle interplay of volumes and light, with its sloping, limewashed ceilings and numerous windows opening onto the garden. Right from the entrance, bespoke storage units line the wall, looking out over the garden through a fixed full-height bay window. From here, an initial office area opens onto the living spaces, which are built around a fireplace on a stone plinth, topped with niches that are both functional and decorative. The fully-equipped kitchen, in shades of green, opens onto the dining area via a wooden bar. Sharing the same cathedral ceiling as the dining room, the living room is bathed in light and offers framed views of the greenery from its built-in bench. A sliding bay window reinforces the connection with the Mediterranean garden and provides access to the wooden terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Two bedrooms, accessible from the entrance hall, share a bathroom that perfectly integrates glass bricks, a sunken bath and an old-fashioned washbasin with Terrazzo tiles and Zelliges earthenware.
A white-lacquered spiral staircase leads to the first-floor landing, which distributes a shower room and two bedrooms, one of which has its own private balcony overlooking the garden.
The basement contains a large garage, a cellar and a utility room. Finally, an outbuilding also overlooking the garden houses two additional bedrooms and a third shower room.
