Contemporary architecture, this industrial loft of 140 m2 on the ground located on the first and last level of a former warehouse is delivered ready for the intervention of an architect. A blank page to imagine an original home with its central open-air patio, in the heart of the Blancarde district.
Resulting from a parcel division, this loft was created from an industrial building stripped bare and restructured. A new concrete floor was poured, the facade redone and a new roof installed. The entrance is on the ground floor by a concrete staircase that leads to the first floor where you can discover the 140 m2 plateau and its 19 m2 glass patio. The volumes are generous with a ceiling height between 4 and 6 m, allowing the creation of mezzanines. The uneven floor marks out the possible uses, and the beautiful new exposed wooden frame, pierced with 4 skylights, enhances the interior. The plateau, delivered out of water and serviced, could accommodate 3-4 bedrooms, a large open living space and two bathrooms.
