Signed by the architect Alain AGAZAR in 2011, the renovation with a strong bias is a complete work, where the smallest detail has been thought out, creating an interior with a strong personality. The original elements such as the marble fireplaces, the interior wooden shutters, the doors and the moldings have been revealed, and are superbly accompanied by a solid parquet floor with a pattern from the Grobet-Labadié museum. Crossing, the apartment punctuated with large-format works of art surprises from the entrance with its wallpaper resembling a Berber tent. The living room, although bathed in western light, offers a cozy atmosphere thanks to its wallpaper and leopard-print carpet. It opens onto a balcony through a French window offering a view of the surrounding gardens. The separate kitchen with a glass splashback also opens onto the balcony. On the other side, a first bedroom with an art gallery feel with its baroque wallpaper and a second embellished with cheerful collages, share a bold bathroom with its Bisazza mosaics, Italian tapestry and crocodile tiles.
