Redesigned in 2022 by architect Paola Sabourin, the 47.4 m² apartment underwent a complete restructuring. The floor plan was redesigned to improve circulation and open up the views. The architect also designed all the furniture, which was custom-made. True to her style, she created an interior with clean lines and clearly defined volumes, where functionality becomes an aesthetic choice. From the moment you enter, the tone is set: clad in a deep Klein blue, it creates a subtle contrast with the natural materials of the rest of the apartment. Floor-to-ceiling storage units are discreetly integrated, extending the architectural lines. On one side, the living area features a bright living room extending into a sleek, open-plan kitchen. A second space, which can serve as a home office or dining area, allows for a seamless blend of working from home and relaxing living without compromising the harmonious proportions. On the other side, a bedroom, designed as an intimate and tranquil space, is distinguished by a wall painted in a deep blue that envelops the room in a cozy and hushed atmosphere. It has its own en-suite bathroom, finished in understated and timeless materials. The large windows in the living room and the 2 m² balcony off the bedroom extend the living space outdoors, offering an unobstructed view. Ample built-in storage enhances the feeling of order and fluidity.
