Winner of the Habitat Solar Habitat d'Aujourd'hui competition, this bioclimatic elevation marks the architecture of the property while marrying its basic elements. After a flight of steps, the living rooms open onto a 17 m² terrace overlooking the wooded garden facing South-West. The open space includes the living room, the dining room lined with a library shelf, and the cheerful dining kitchen. A bathroom closes this level.
