Redesigned by the interior design firm Uname Studio and enhanced by the decor of Jema Collective, the space captivates with its subtle blend of materials, balanced volumes, and a color palette inspired by shades of umber. To the west, the apartment opens onto a bright and spacious double living room. The dining room, designed to accommodate large tables, connects to the living room through an elegant arch. Period features, moldings, and marble fireplaces interact with a contemporary feel dominated by wood, stainless steel, and carefully sourced furniture. The original floor tiles run throughout the apartment, lending a timeless warmth to this unique setting. The stainless steel eat-in kitchen, enhanced with a beige Zellige splashback, opens onto a sunny balcony. A ribbed glass roof connects one of the bedrooms to the living areas, allowing the spaces to be adapted to suit your needs. The second comfortable bedroom benefits from two large windows. A bathroom in light Zellige and a shower room in green Zellige complete the comfort of the place. A service bedroom fitted out and decorated to the taste of the apartment as well as a cellar complete the ensemble.
