Recently redesigned by the interior design firm UNAMÉ STUDIO, the apartment is distinguished by its soothing atmosphere. Its openings bathe the place in light and offer an unobstructed view of the Marseille rooftops. The materials, carefully chosen, make up a harmonious whole. The living room, warm and welcoming, is dressed in light parquet and walls in greige tones. The high ceiling is marked by the masonry library which accommodates the dining area with its rounded bench seat. In the continuity of the living spaces, the open kitchen set back, dressed in beige and a terrazzo-effect vinyl floor, asserts its character with a cream tiled splashback. The sleeping area has two bedrooms located at opposite ends of the apartment, ensuring privacy and calm. The first bedroom, dressed in blue-grey, includes a masonry office area. The second, in terracotta tones, completes this cosy and warm ensemble. They both have storage space and share a refined and functional bathroom.
