Completely redesigned in 2018 by the architect firm ART'CHI, the apartment has been restructured to benefit more widely from the exterior. The French windows have been redesigned to offer from the living rooms this superb view of the surrounding landscape.
In the living room, against a background of midnight blue and a custom-made bookcase, the parquet has been sanded and lightened. As an extension, the kitchen with graphic tiles and soft tones gives a serene atmosphere. The space is profiled in L, and opens onto the terrace which progresses around the apartment, doubling its surface area. Redesigned by landscape architect Elodie WEHRLEN, the exterior has been reworked to break its linearity and its notion of vis-à-vis. Responding to graphic claustras, large Corten steel planters accommodate a plant palette resistant to winds and drought, and accompanies the terrace from its lounge area to its dining area. The exterior becomes the common thread of the interior. Large custom-made furniture has been designed to materialize the different spaces.
The sleeping area is well separated: a first bedroom serving as an office and a second bedroom both open to the outside and share a bathroom with walk-in shower.
A double box completes this unique property.
